Through various community partnerships and grants, TLC is able to assist families in finding the services that they need.
TLC for Families is a private, non-profit agency serving vulnerable pregnant women, infants and toddlers from Beaver Dam to Fredonia, Arizona and Washington County, Utah. We provide family support services through two programs:Early Intervention and Early Head Start.
Kindermusik is early childhood music and movement classes for children birth to 5. TLC now offers this great program!
TLC publishes monthly newsletters to keep you up to date on what is happening at our various centers as well as in the community.

Early Head Start serves low-income pregnant women and children ages birth to three. It is a comprehensive family development program that promotes the physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth of infants and toddlers while assisting their parents in achieving greater self sufficiency. Families are chosen based on seriousness of need. Outreach is conducted throughout our service area to ensure that we can reach the families who traditionally slip through the cracks. Our home-based program combines weekly home visits with child-family play groups where families and children come together to share learning fun. We also meet with families two times per month in their homes to help them understand their child's developmental, health and nutritional needs. Early Intervention provides services to children who are showing any kind of developmental delay or who have a condition strongly linked with developmental delay such as Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, or Autism. TLC for Families' Early Intervention staff includes nurses, special educators, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and speech, physical and occupational therapists. Our team works with each family based on their child's and family's individual needs. Services are provided in the home, at the child's daycare, or in one of our five family centers. If you are concerned about your child, call us for a FREE child development screener to tell how your child is doing compared to his/her peers in his/her developmental and behavioral skills. Come enjoy a magical, musical journey with us in Kindermusik! Each week, you and your child will enjoy a 45 minute class (15 classes per semester) and you will also have a home material kit for continuing the learning and music at home! These developmentally appropriate classes will teach you how to enhance your child's growth and provide lots of quality family time!

Birth-18 months
